1. The data we collect

When you sign up on this site, you give us two pieces of information: your name and your WhatsApp number. We also receive, where present, the click identifier (gclid) and any UTM parameters attached to the link you arrived through, so that we can attribute our advertising spend accurately.

2. Why we collect it

Your name and number are collected for a single purpose: to send you the Drawdown Defence Guide, and afterwards our periodic lessons. The gclid and UTM data feed back into aggregate advertising analytics; they are never used to identify you personally.

3. Where the data lives

Your submission is written into a Google Sheet we control, and is delivered through WhatsApp's standard messaging infrastructure. We never sell, rent, or otherwise share your details with third parties for marketing, and we never push "partner offers" you didn't ask for.

4. How long we keep it

We retain your contact details for as long as you remain subscribed to our lessons, and for a short grace period afterwards to make sure we honour any opt-out request fully. The gclid sits on your own device for up to ninety days, after which it is discarded.

5. Your rights

You may ask us, at any time, to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. The fastest route is a WhatsApp reply with the word "stop", or write to us at the contact details below and we will action the request without undue delay.

6. Analytics & cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand traffic patterns and measure advertising performance. These tools may set cookies on your device; you can control this through your browser settings. We do not use cookies to identify you personally on this site.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version shown on this page is always the current one, and continued use of the site after a change amounts to acceptance of the updated Policy.
